We will provide an honest, verbal evaluation of any puppy/dog we place. Eternal Moon ensures that we will do the best possible testing, care, and rearing of our puppies/dogs. We work hard to provide you with the soundest puppy/dog (physically and mentally) that is possible, based on our fifteen plus years of knowledge and care of this noble breed.
You must understand that the rottweiler breed takes a large amount of effort on your part as well, to ensure a mentally and physically stable dog that will be an addition to society.
Eternal Moon will be very open to guide you at anytime in nutrition, training, socialization, and exercise to maintain a sound animal.
Once approved, a $500. deposit will provide you a position to receive an Eternal Moon puppy/dog. If Eternal Moon cannot provide you w/a puppy/dog, you will receive your deposit back in full. If you decide not to take an Eternal Moon puppy/dog after the deposit, for any reason other than health of said puppy/dog you forfeit your deposit to Eternal Moon.
I certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct. I am also financially and physically able to care for this animal. I understand that proper nutrition and Veterinary care can be costly and I am able to meet those requirements.
Home checks can be made on a random basis following or prior to adoption. If upon inspection, Linda Draper or a representative for Eternal Moon finds that information on this form to be false or the puppy/dog is not cared for properly, Eternal Moon/Linda Draper retains the right to turn down or remove the animal from the premises. A 50% refund will be given if the removed puppy/dog passes a Vet check on 72 hours of removal and has no evidence of mental/physical trauma. |
