Eternal Moon Rottweilers 
Eternal Moon is a small kennel in Apex, North Carolina, USA. It is run by Millie & Linda Draper. We pride ourselves on care and quality rather than quantity, and we do not cut corners. We also take great pride in physically, and mentally balanced Rottweilers that are well taken care of. We do expect a lot from our owners because we bring these wonderful little puppies on this planet and we are committed to their permanent well being. We are ARC CODE OF ETHICS BREEDERS. 
Our background is, that we came into "the business" of Rottweilers in 1994, after a number of years in Quarter Horses. In the horse show world, Linda obtained many titles including World Champion All Around Youth, International IBHA Runner-up Queen, and placing 13th (out of over 200 entries) individual, and team 1st, in regional judging horse show competition. Mom (Millie) did receive the "horse show Mother of the year" award several times, we might boast!!! : ) Anyone that knows Millie would understand that! "Always there for everyone! We have researched and "brainstormed" with other professionals and breeders alike for the best possible outcome in our puppies health and pedigrees. We test the breeding dogs thoroughly, for Hips/Elbows/Heart/and Eyes and breed only those that are OFA certified. We don't only breed the to the top winning dogs of the day, but pay attention to the genetics; will the Phenotype and genotype be a pleasing and healthy combination? We are willing to take our bitches to the "right" male no matter the distance, local is not important i this case.  We follow through with our owners for each dog placed. We expect them to ask any question they want, day or night. We are always "there" for the rottweilers we breed or place. We look at it as, a family that keeps growing. I also encourage my "puppy people" get to know each other, and help each other out like a growing support group. Nobody has the "only" answer. Many times it is a matter of guidance and "trial an error" with each dog's personality. If Eternal Moon does not have the answer we will try to find out.

We breed show/conformation quality Rottweilers by the ARC recommended - AKC  BREED STANDARD. This means, that the dogs will be physically structured to work and behave as previous Rottweilers have for so many generations. If you are looking for a puppy (show or companion) you should look for a "reputable breeder". A reputable breeder ONLY breeds (AKC breed standard), health tested Dogs, administers the Puppy Personality Test to all puppies at age seven (7) weeks, and frequently attends National Rottweiler Specialties (breeders dedicated to their breed). This is the best way to ensure the health and behavior of any well bred dog. If a breeder tells you that they are "not breeding show dogs," that means that they are NOT breeding for the soundness of the breed. They are just manufacturing puppies, hence "backyard breeder or puppy mill". When an unscrupulous breeder says my pups are "papered", let me tell you ...AKC "papers" are only the canine equivalent of birth certificates. These "papers" are NO guarantee of personality, pedigree, or health. You need to know all about the Sire and Dam of the puppy, given the choice of adopting a child sired by Charles Manson or Christopher Reeve, which would you choose???"
